- Career Launchpad The best fit for 99% of my clients. It takes them past basic discovery to career exploration. The 1:1 video coaching calls (4) provide support and accountability. And, the professional connections they make often create immediate career opportunities. This is generally a 4-6 week process.
- Career Launchpad PLUS Includes everything in the Career Launchpad PLUS adds Interview Prep with Resume and LinkedIn Coaching in 1:1 coaching calls. These add-ons are nice-to-have but may not be immediately relevant if additional schooling is required for the career they choose or, even better, if the professional connections made in the Career Launchpad lead directly to a job they love.
